For nearly 20 years, Matthew Daniel has consulted on talent development, talent management, and HR technology strategies for Fortune 500s, including companies like Nike, Boston Consulting Group, Capital One, Chipotle, Allstate, Cigna Healthcare, Microsoft, Walmart, and General Motors. Matthew currently serves as Principal of Talent Strategy and Mobility at Guild Education, where he researches and consults on the intersection of skills, pathways, mobility, and equity in the workforce. Matthew speaks at industry events with Chief HR Officers, Chief Learning Officers, and Chief Diversity Officers, both inspiring and challenging his field. Matthew is regularly published in industry outlets like TD Magazine, CLO, Talent Management, CTDO, and Training Magazine. Matthew serves as a member of the Talent Management, Culture, and Diversity Subcommittee of the Defense Business Board, where he advises the Secretary of Defense and other Pentagon leaders on the latest in Talent Practices.

KimArie Yowell is a career coach, life-long learner and Chief Learning Officer at Rocket Companies. Since her start in 2013, she’s made an incredible impact on the growth and development of the Rocket Companies’ team members and leaders and has created programs that inspire mentorships, career advancement and interactive learning. KimArie was raised by her grandparents on the west side of Detroit. From a young age, KimArie’s grandmother taught her the importance of education and involved her in a number of extracurricular activities. Her grandma would say, “Education can open the door to the world.” Little did KimArie know how much these words would influence her career journey and the joy and drive she has for learning. During her career, she held a number of leadership roles, but she found her true passion working with adult students. Now she’s responsible for the growth and development of every team member and leader within the Rocket Companies organization. Alongside her team, she heads up leadership development, team member development, talent management and performance management, as well as organization and change management.
